​​Half-day mediations or shorter are limited to three parties and start at 9:00 a.m. or 1:30 p.m.

The fee for mediations scheduled for less than a half-day (four hours) is $250 per party per hour.​​​​

The mediation fee is on a “per party” basis. All parties represented by the same counsel are regarded as one party. If multiple attorneys represent one party, that party is still considered as one party. Related parties, even with aligned interests, are considered separate if they have separate counsel. The mediation fee is fully earned at the commencement of the initial mediation session.

As often as possible, I will schedule a 10 to 15-minute call with counsel for each party before the date of the mediation to briefly discuss the matter, all of which is included in the mediation fee.
